News of Ilfracombe courtesy initiative spreads

This morning we heard that BBC Radio Devon has been making mystery shopper calls to Ilfracombe businesses. Did they do well? Let’s hope so.

But we don’t want to satisfy just mystery shoppers. We should aim to satisfy everyone who deals with our business.
