just wanted to say a big thank you for a perfect example of courteousness and kindness from Dickens – when I desperately needed some black paper for Hallowe’en decorations, just as they were locking the doors! The lady fetched some and posted it through the locked door – and trusted me to come back and pay the next day, which I did, of course! How kind is THAT!!!! Thank you Dickens’ staff for going that extra mile – you’re lovely x
