    We are located on the out-skirts of town and do not get the footfall that our harbour & high street businesses do. As a result we are a ‘destination venue’ and the key to making this a sucess is giving our customers an all round experience. Courtesy is the key that unlocks this door.

    We are committed to giving our cutomers , staff and neigbours the best customner service in town.

    We are a family run business, all local to Ilfracombe. As a new business we have built up a solid client base from our high standards of customer service and going that extra mile. We believe that getting return business is just as important as new business and have now started a loyalty card scheme to thank our customers who have been recommending us to thier friends and family for portraits, weddings and event photography.
    A huge thank you to all of our customers from Sam and Sabrina!

    We believe in courtesy and helpfulness to customers. We are here to help people have an enjoyable time. Everyone could be a customer – even suppliers. We also firmly believe in a respectful environment for staff.

    We’re not perfect but we’ll try our hardest and with a motto that we can always do what we do a little better!

    We work in a very competitive industry whereby if you don’t answer the phone the right way, don’t respond to peoples emails correctly or don’t take care of your existing customers then they will move on and find another provider – there’s no second chances.

    As a result we have had to always be very polite and courteous – sometimes having to learn the hard way – to enable us to build the business. We now have an excellent record for customer service and for keeping our clients happy.

    We at The Collingdale pride ourselves on our courteous, understanding and informative approach to our guests, staff and suppliers. Being in the hospitality industry, a good first impression is paramount, be it how you deal with the initial phone enquiry, prompt reply to an email or greeting people on the doorstep, it is important to always have a smile and a courteous, friendly and interested approach.
